Great hotel in close to Sapporo Station

Less than 5 min walk from Sapporo Station. Very easy to get to Sapporo Station from New Chisote Airport. There is a 7/11 and Family Mart just across from the hotel. Lots of restaurants around the area all within 5 min walk. There is a yakitori and yakiniku place right beside the hotel but you should book ahead as they are always busy. The hotel has a public bath. If you have tattoo you should buy tattoo sticker. You can buy this from the DonQuiote in Sapporo about 15min walk from the hotel. There are two message chairs next to the public bath area with view of Sapporo city. Bath also has view of city but the windows are foggy due to the steam from hot bath. Staff are very friendly. You can leave your luggage at hotel if you arrive before the 3pm check in and come back later to check in. There is also a shower and bath in room. Room was very clean and beds are comfortable. Tv is a good size and can access YouTube or connect to your device. The location of this hotel is perfect! So close to so many things and easy enough to walk around.

Air-Conditionaing system

Air-conditioning system not very good as it is a central system and old system thus if the hotel choose to have a temperature fixed for heating the individual guest is not able to adjust to their liking. So at such I found it very stuffy. However they are kind enough to offer me a larger room to enable my comfort.

The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was amazing. The Food menu offered something for everyone both Western and Japanese preferences. The hotel is close walking distance to most shopping and tourist locations and close to all metro transportation. I would definitely stay at the Cross Hotel again!!!

The baths on the 18th floor were excellent! We also enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast - over many visits we never had a wait to sit down and food was always plentiful and of good quality.

Location is pretty close to shopping, jr station, food, and some historic attractions. not too close where it's noisy and crowded. staff very helpful and understand enough english. tv can show you how crowded the public bath is which i find pretty neat.

Extremely basic Boutique hotel

It is really a basic boutique hotel without any coin-operated laundry machine. There are no free drinks (coffee/tea) in the lounge in the afternoon. A coin vending machine is there for u to purchase your own drink at the lounge. Onsen is small & too shallow (when u sit inside the pool, the water is just above the your button belly & I am just 1.7m tall), ?need to lie flat in order for water to cover the body?. It is not possible when there is a crowd. Water temperature is not very hot. Only plus is they have a smaller outdoor onsen. Breakfast considered above average. 80% of the things are the same except a couple of different daily special (eg. Fried chicken, or slice beef with bean sprout).

Everything was good. The only development area is that there were so many tables and sofas in the room that left almost no room for the suitcases. Maybe some of these extra stuff can be removed

Where do i start? Staff support friendly. The room was the best that we had on our Japan trip. Super comfy bed and pillows. The Onsen was the most opulent on our entire trip. The only thing was that could have topped it off, was a higher room. We had a view of a brick wall.
