My wife and I stayed at this hotel from Dec 12–17. The room was spacious compared to typical Tokyo hotels, which was a positive. However, we were very disappointed with the housekeeping standards. Late one evening, my wife discovered blood stains on the mat underneath the bedsheet. Although the sheet itself was clean, this was unsanitary and unprofessional. I reported it to the front desk around 11:00 PM, but was told housekeeping was closed and the mat could only be replaced the next morning. While it was eventually replaced, we were forced to sleep on a visibly blood-stained mat for the night, which was unacceptable. We also encountered an issue with breakfast pricing. Breakfast was advertised at 2400 yen per person, but we were charged 3200 yen instead. The cash register and hotel website still displayed the old price, which felt misleading. The hotel needs to be more transparent and update its pricing information. Overall, while the room size was good, cleanliness issues and poor handling of guest concerns negatively impacted our stay.

Pleasant surprise to find a public bath in a hotel situated in the city. Clean and relaxing area for after-bath popsicle. Hotel is walking distance to Nakajima Park where the children had fun playing snow. Room and lobby is clean. Even if parking is full, there is a public car park just opposite the hotel where you can park and get discounted parking from the hotel. Highly recommended hotel and definitely value for money!

The room comes with reasonable space, good layout and spacious toilet. Located near to nakajima-Keon station 300m away. The only downside is that this hotel don’t comes with laundry facilities but a nearest laundry shop is about 300m away. And the breakfast varieties are limited.

Exceptionally clean room, helpful and courteous staff, really liked the DHC skincare amenities, nespresso, provided comfy pajamas and a good onsen, good location, close to nakajima station. They helped ship our luggage to our next hotel seamlessly. The only thing I did not care for was the excessive perfume in the lobby and elevator which made me nauseous. If they can remove the perfume, it would be an ideal place to stay.

Rooms were spacious for Japan. Easy walk to Susukino and Odori when it's not below freezing and icy. Staff was friendly and notified me when I had left my wallet upon checking out. Hotel allowed us to keep our bags in the front desk for one day while we went on a trip to Niseko. Will stay again when I'm back.
