My room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the Sapporo skyline. The spa is great, too, and pairs with a beautiful lounging area. The hotel has a western aesthetic but it's a Japanese take on a western aesthetic which I think is kind of unique.

Parking was easy in the underground parking lot, and we got a discount with the hotel. Very convenient for easy walking access to Odori Park, the Akarenga Terrace, and other downtown attractions. The only downside was that we stayed in December, and the heating in the room about cooked us out of it. Temperature controller only allowed for heating to be turned on or off, and even though I set it for a cool room temp, it continued to heat the room. The front desk staff said that in winter the only option is to just turn off the heat altogether. A bit odd, but otherwise, a very nice stay.

Fabulous art deco style hotel, nice rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Walking distance to shopping areas. The only slight niggle was the room was a bit warm with the aircon set to heater in winter and opening the window didn’t bring relief. We were given a fan and thinner blankets. All in all highly recommended.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we are glad we booked it again. Staff are attentive and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The location is amazing and really great as a case for exploring the city. The spa is now included and we made excellent use of it!

This is definitely our favourite hotel in Sapporo. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent location. You just can’t get better. Rooms are extremely comfortable, with good bedding, and all required amenities. When the room heating gets too hot in winter, you can get staff to open the window slightly. This is extremely helpful. We’ve now stayed here twice, and will return again.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The room was spotless and the one issue that arose during our stay was addressed by an amazing staff almost immediately. This is a wedding focused hotel, so it's quaint and very well maintained. It was also very close to the Sapporo TV tower and Odori park, which made it a perfect base for getting around the city..
