Big room for Japan. Very clean and very thorough cleaning every day. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Check in /check out quick and efficient. Great location with Sapporo station 5 minutes walk away and main shopping area about 15 minutes walk.

The room was spacious for the 3 of us. Grandson loved watching the trains go by. Great amenities and the breakfast was great. Good variety of dishes at the hotel buffet.

The stay was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and simple, water pressure good, and services available great - like laundry service options and luggage transfer options. Location was prime for those needing a clean stay close to the Sapporo station. When I come back to Hokkaido I’ll be booking a room here again.

I originally booked Keio Plaza Sapporo for its convenience, especially for catching the JR train to the airport on my last day. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the hotel was. The staff were also very helpful throughout my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapporo.

The property is conveniently located just a few blocks from Sapporo Station—far enough to be quiet and peaceful, yet close enough for easy access to shops and restaurants. I stayed in a standard triple room; while the design was simple and slightly dated, the room itself was very spacious, comfortable, and spotless. I chose the full breakfast option, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. Guests can choose between a set Japanese breakfast on the 22nd floor with a stunning city view or a buffet on the first floor featuring dishes made with local Hokkaido ingredients, blending both Western and Japanese styles. I tried both and was impressed by the freshness, quality, and variety of the food. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating—they stored my luggage before check-in, greeted me warmly each time I entered or left, and even helped me organize my transportation plans despite their limited English. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Great staff and willing to help someone that doesn’t know Japanese. Hotel room was always neat and stocked on things that were offered and used. It’s right by the Sapporo station and malls. Not too far from the famous Tanukikoji Shopping Street. They also have a 7-eleven across the street as well!!
