Fairly basic hotel. The hotel is connected to a large shopping mall which was very convenient for food options. Easily reachable by public transportation as well. Hotel service level was basic, but nothing bad.

New hotel. Good size rooms with all the basic amenities (toothbrushes, hairbrush, razor, etc.) No shower cap though. Hotel is connected to a theater and a shopping complex with Daiso and lots of places to eat. Subway entrance is right in front of hotel with lots of underground shopping. Airport limo bus stop is across the hotel.

Probably the BEST location in the entire Sapporo! Conveniently located at the Cocono mall in the middle of Susukino where is known for the iconic Nikka Signboard, all the famous restaurants, touristy spots. And the hotel is connected to the train station directly. The room is pretty small and has a very low ceiling but otherwise a great spot for a location and the convenience.

Great location with great service staff

Excellent location. Good service provided by all staffs. Special mention/thanks to Mitsuki-san, a very kind lady staff at the front desk who helped us to arrange luggage forwarding to our next hotel at Tokyo, very polite and patient even though we asked a lot of questions. Didn’t hear noise from our rooms from level 12/15 even tho this area seem rather lively. We will likely choose this hotel again for our next trip to Sapporo.

Great hotel!!!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and loved it. Pros: -Close to subway, great bars, restaurants, and sightseeing attractions -Located in the middle of downtown, so it’s lively at night but not too crazy. -Clean, modern, quiet room, and surprisingly spacious. -Located above a popular shopping mall with a great bakery and markets Cons: None.

Great Hotel in heart of Sapporo

Stayed over with the family for two nights here in Sapporo. Location is very central with a shopping mall underneath and easy public transport connection to airport. Several Sapporo attractions are all within walking distances. Room was clean, comfy and recently refurbished so all amenities are new and well equipped. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. Overall we were very happy with the stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting to Sapporo.

Sapporo Stream is a boutique-like hotel. Our premium double room is spacious and clean. Access to spa and lounge with free flow drink is a plus. Buffet breakfast is also nice (seafood bowl!) but there are too many choices outside to compete with. Also, when large group of China tourists were there, restaurant and staff were overwhelmed and they worked hard to keep up. Lastly, location is greatly located above Susukino subway station, 4 mins away from airport limo bus and close to major attractions. Remember to open a Comfort Members account to save points for next visit.

I chose this hotel for my last night of stay before leaving Sapporo. I wanted to have a nice wrap up hotel stay for convenient final shopping plan and will give us good level accommodation in Sapporo. After stayed, we think we made the right choice, would be nice if I could have one more night here. This hotel is located right in the best central area with city vibes and energy. Lots of shopping and food options. It is inside Cocono Susukino, between 7th to the 18th floor, while the B2 to 6th floor are varieties of shops from fashions, lifestyle stores to international food options including fast food take out style to sit down restaurants, supermarket, and even cinema. You can spend time in the building, plus right outside, it is walking distance to the busiest Tanukikoji shopping street and central Susukino. I booked premium deluxe king which allows us to access to club lounge, rooftop terrace and spa with public bath and sauna for the 16-17th floor guest only. We have great glass window view of the city. Love the spacious studio room in hip, stylish deco with a whole library of vinyl disc for playing, a big walk in closet and coffee/tea counter top and living room area. Enjoyed our time in the room, lounge and public bath a lot. The quiet, clean and relaxing mood in the accommodation versus the fun shopping and dining experience, what a nice contrast!
