This property is a spacious, private vacation rental home in the center of beautiful Sarasota!

We are a family owned and run rental with hosts that live locally.

Enjoy cable and high speed internet on our 2 large flat screen HD TV’s, foosball, cooking, or just relaxing on the ultra soft brand new mattresses. The home is newly renovated with all brand new furniture.
The property is located in the Gillespie Park neighborhood, with the picturesque 10 acre park a sea shells throw away. Gillespie Park has 3 outdoor tennis/pickle ball courts, a playground, basketball courts, and a lake filled with ducks, herons, and migratory birds.

Downtown Sarasota is less than a mile away. Enjoy the world class restaurants, music, opera house, art exhibits, public library, and rooftop bars that make Sarasota the cultural jewel of Florida.

Our home is also within a mile of the newly renovated Bay Park which includes a large boat ramp to Sarasota Bay as well as the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall.

And don’t forget about the nearby world class beaches including Lido Key (5 mins), Longboat Key (10 mins), and Siesta Key (15 mins) away!

The International Sarasota Airport is only 2.5 miles from our home, and Sarasota is Uber friendly as well as having beach trollies with nearby downtown stops!

Local attractions within 3 miles include the Ringling Circus and Art Museums, Jungle Gardens, Selby Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium, Baltimore Orioles Spring Training, and University Town Center Shopping complex.

We have ample parking with a covered carport, 2 car driveway, and parking on the empty lot next door.

Sarasota is Uber friendly and even has trolley service from nearby downtown to Siesta and Lido beaches.
