Great yard, good location in Sarasota, and good value. It is on a main road, but the driveway is on the side road and the backyard is fenced, so wasn't an issue for us.

The place was exactly as advertised. Clean, great layout, and wonderful backyard. I would definitely recommend this place and will try and stay again next time I am in Sarasota. Easy drive to groceries and downtown. The host also did a great job with an email about the local stores, restaurants, etc.

The Hot water faucet is backwards in extra bath. Very noisy road.

Nice inside, But......

This place is very nice inside and well equipped, but it is on a main road with constant traffic all the time. Inside was nice, but the half drunk beer can left next to the bed didn't give a great first impression.I had a good stay, but was disappointed at the end. I left the place in great condition having cleaned everything and it was just me there........but despite leaving at the required time, I was still hassled to leave at the end because the cleaners arrived before their stated time. I also left an item there by mistake and despite asking the owner about it, I have been ignored.

Interior of property very nice. Extremely noisy road-highway, traffic @ all times of the day & night, loud traffic. Grille very dirty & required cleaning. Back yard of property requires cleanup. Owners very nice.

Awesome House

House is in a great location. Was concerned about it being too close to the roadway but we honestly didn't hear any traffic. Prop manager was great and easy to work with. Had a small concern before checking in and the issue was resolved by the time we reached the house. Great location in proximity to Siesta beach. Supplied beach items was great too. Looking forward to being able to stay there again in the future.
