Uusittu ja käytettävissä lomallesi. Graniitti työtasot, uudet laitteet, uudet kylpyhuoneet, uudet kalusteet koko talossa. Elävä tammikatos antaa puutalolle tunnelman tässä viehättävässä ja keskeisellä paikalla sijaitsevalla kodilla kauniilla Floridan kulttuurrannikolla. Minuutin päässä keskustasta ja jokaisesta Lidosta ja Siesta Keysistä pääset maailmanluokan rannoille, teatteri- ja taitealueen sydämeen, hienolle ruokailulle ja elämäntapaan, jotka asettivat Sarasotan kartalle. Kolme makuuhuonetta on sisustettu kauniisti isäntä kuningattaren kanssa, toinen makuuhuone, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja ylimääräinen makuuhuone kuningatar kanssa.

Täysin varustettu keittiö, erillinen ruokasali, kaksi täyttä kylpyammetta, pesulapalvelut tekevät tästä kodista loistavan retriitin lomalle tai pidemmän oleskelun.

Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Sarasota Memorial Hospital (sairaala). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Not as expected

Both the pictures and the write up were misleading. The overall space was too small for our invited guests. The property is in need of some “tender loving care”. kitchen upgrade was nice. Property in a good neighborhood. Property manager was extremely helpful and responsive but could do nothing to make the property work for us.

Not a good experience

Pictures are deceiving. Unmaintained property. Dead and dying cockroaches in the home which we had to dispose of daily. internet did not work until the last night of our rental. That included the TV. There was garbage left over from another customer in cans that were not regulation containers . There was broken glass on the lawn and driveway. There was no hot water for a day. The toilets and the showers backed up and we had no bathroom facilities overnight.😩 They did send out a plumber in the morning to fix it.. The beach umbrella is broken. The home is dirty. We had to wipe everything down before putting our things down.. The grill was unusable as it was rusty. We spent too much of our precious vacation time either texting or emailing the owner about problems. She was absent in Europe and had her mother coming over to deal with problems. It was the worst experience we have had after renting many vacation rentals through VRBO. I have pictures to prove our experience!

I really like this home ! It had everything our family needed which made great ! I love that it had toys and beach board for the kids to take to the beach ! It was very homey and everything work great ! I would definitely stay there again ! Close to everything specially Lido key which was amazing

Clean, quiet, good amenities, good location

The house was clean, quiet, and is in a very good location minutes from everything. Good hot water, good AC sleeps 6 or more if you include the pull out sofa. The owner was very good with communications prior to our arrival, so we fully understood how to get into the property, responsibilities, etc. I would stay there again.

Ranch house in quiet neighborhood convenient to Siesta Beach, shopping and downtown

We enjoyed our stay at Evona’s home which was just as shown in the listing. It’s an older style ranch house that’s been nicely updated. The new kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have a washer and dryer. There is no ensuite bathroom. A full bathroom with tub is in the main hallway near the three bedrooms. A second full bathroom wth shower is in the back of the house. A large fenced backyard with table and six chairs and grill on the patio has plenty of room for running around or just relaxing outside. This house met all of our needs. Evona was very responsive; I’d be happy to deal with her again!

We felt like it was home from the minute we walked through the door. Relaxing, clean, nice location.

Thank you Evona for providing a great place for our family to relax and call "home" for a week. It was clean, comfortable and you couldn't beat the location; walking trail, a short drive to downtown and the amazing Siesta Key beaches. We visited the Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium , Myakka State Park, and Casparsen beach in Venice for sharks teeth. The beaches of Siesta Key have the most beautiful sand along with areas for fun in the sun, playgrounds, snack bars, cookout pavillions, volleyball nets, and amazing sunsets. There are many restaurants to choose from to please any appetite. I would definately recommend this home to anyone.

Very clean, spacious and convenient location

Two couples in their 60's stayed for 6 nights. Spotless - very clean. Newer IKEA kitchen has everything you need. The 2nd full bath is not next to a bedroom, but it wan't really an issue. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to highways for your day trips. 25 min to the Siesta Key Beach. Make sure you eat at the Turtles Restaurant - Happy our 3 to 6.

Pleasant Stay

This was a pleasant property in a well located area. It's necessary to drive to the beach, but it was close. Everything was neat and clean, with adequate amenities for our stay. The property owner was very easy to work with, and all the information we needed was sent to us in good time. We'll enjoy staying there again.

Older property with beautiful updates that made it welcoming and comfortable. Enough room for 3 married couples to fit comfortably (besides that one bedroom is 2 twin beds!) just what we were looking for. Would visit again.

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, perfect Getaway

This house was immaculate. I would certainly recommend staying here and would consider it again if we needed to be in the area again. While the furnishings were sparse, it was absolutely perfect for my mother in law, my husband, myself, and our 2 children. Two bedrooms had one double bed each in them, and the third bedroom had 2 twin beds (perfect for our two kids). The kitchen had plenty of space and there was a table with 6 chairs (perfect for eating in while on vacation). The kitchen also had plenty of dishes, coffee cups, silverware and a dishwasher. The one thing that would have been helpful to know was that the plates and cups were all glass/ceramic, since we had young kids and the floors were terazzo (hard concrete/tile like flooring), bringing some plastic cups would have eased my mind a bit. The access process for the house was very straightforward and the owner was very responsive to questions we had prior to our stay. The house was about 10 minutes from the beach, and had a great backyard for the kids to run in.

Overall Nice

We had a total of 6 people that stayed here. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. It is a little distance to the beach and "tourist area", but the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We enjoyed the area, and it does have a nice path right outside the front door to get to the nearest shopping center. We would definitely stay here again. Definitely well worth it for the family. Has the comfort of home away from home. The owners have also had great communication, we have not had to contact them, but having that option has given us peace of mind.
