Staff was okay. Medium oker. Room needs work and better maintance person with better workmen ship. Sloppy door repairs and wall repairs. Pillows were really worn out and bad and I mean bad. Beds firm too. Other then that it was good and clean enough. Their painting outside now to make it nice. Parking lot is clean and it was quite there. Slow weekend though because of the holiday. So probably guite for that reason. They had no juices for breakfast either. First time I seen that at a hotel. Probably because their cheap dot heads. That's usually the reason. Most of motels by dot heads have issues.

Room was dirty, staff on reception had no interest in solving issues, permanent residents had no thought for others, shouting all night on several occasions, looked like some were “on the game”. Not a pleasant experience at all, if we hadn’t paid up front we would have left earlier

Property needs updated, and by someone who cares, paint outside was slapped on walls and ground, loaf pans for ash trays lining the railings, rust on things, etc. inside my room was dirty, splatter marks on art, rust on fixtures, ancient hair dryer and iron with burnt wiring, sticky microwave and fridge, caulking mess on shower wall, lumpy mattress, the list goes on. When I checked in at the front counter it was dark and the attendant wasnt very cheery. Another attendant rode a scooter from outside and went between me and the front counter into the back room without saying a word. I tried to enter the lobby at 9pm the following night and the doors were locked. This is the only hotel i have ever been to that stops breakfast at 0900 hours I never made it to breakfast, everywhere else keeps breakfast going until 1000 hours. Other guests could be heard bickering outside my room at odd hours. The building was pressure washed while I was trying to nap with a do not disturb sign. My door was knocked on while I had the do not disturb sign up at least twice. My towels were not replaced for 3 days though I left them in a pile on the floor by the door each morning. Overall a disappointing visit. I will be choosing a different site for my next venture.

Rooms dirty. floors look like they never been cleaned. sinks over flowed. cockroachs in the room in the chair in the bathroom.. never gave extra toilet paper the toilet was clogged for a day had to go buy my own plunger.. and I wouldn't wanna stay here again

the place was dirty, poor housekeeping, broken door lock, furniture looked like it was from the thrift store up the block, breakfast was minimal, cereal dispenser was almost empty, the entire place needs updating, dining tables were dirty, poor attention to details, looked like a family-owned business .... no uniforms, no name tags, very unprofessional, NOT what was advertised, if I had time I would have cancelled on the spot & found something else.

Issues from the start. Told me my card was declined when I prepaid for my reservation. Then it was $30 per night extra for my 4lb dog. The room was dirty, black socks after 3 hours in room. The duvet cover was filthy when I ran a white washcloth over it (always test your toppings). Next, NO wifi. I mean, non existant, I could not even use my phone hot spot kind of non existant, I have T-mobile and there was basically no signal inside the room or lobby, so no work was done that's for sure. Next, was the roaches. 3 german cockroaches crawling all over the A/C unit. I prayed one did not blow out of the vent and land in my eye, or worse, my big mouth. Gross. Small scratchy towels and the strong smell of some, what I can only perceive, as the good stuff. You know, greenage, foilage, marriage awana. I do not partake in that kind of smokey filled joy of life however, the smell was not so happy. Next, the cigarettes...everywhere. You could not walk 5 feet without the strong smell of cigarette smoke, all over the place. So after all that, I was awakened at 5 am with lovely loud voice of my neighbor standing outside our doors signing a beautiful latin song. Love their music, hate 5 am. So, if you love smokey areas of any kind, live roaches and neighbors performing for you, this is your place. If you have any business or work to be done, or just want to sleep peacefully in a clean place, look on fellow workers and sleepers. Oh, there is coffee and day old muffins for BF. God Speed.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I had three different rooms because the first two rooms. The TV did not work in so I had to be moved, but the staff promptly helped me with that in a nice friendly manner. It could’ve been better kept clean wise and I felt a little unsafe staying there myself with just me and my dog because of the people that were outside but other than that, it wasn’t a bad experience.
