We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this respective condo. Communication with host was great. The unit is nicely renovated with all new flooring, appliances, etc. Each room (LR & both BR's) possessed large TV's. Kitchen came complete with all necessities. Master BR is very nice with queen bed and a large closet.Rear patio is fenced on both sides leading to a pond area. Very quiet & sunny, protective of any wind as well. Condo provides beach chairs as well as a large Playmate cooler and toys for kids.Location is excellent, at least for us, with numerous restaurants, bars and shops (Publinx, coffee and nail/massage across the street) as well as the close proximity to Seista Key (5-7 minutes).Condo offers a #'d parking spot too.Can't wait to return.
