Outside needs major updates

Had a lot of hurricane damage that was not communicated or displayed in pictures (pictures were before the hurricane). All screen doors either broken or missing doors, a lot of hazardous rusty nails sticking out of door frames and walls that were fixed once I notified them but this should have never been allowed. Wasp nest inside of the patio with a ton of wasp ultimately one of my kids getting stung. Couldn’t get out of the front door for a whole day as it was broken and needed to be removed.Response time was amazing to fix things but the house that was shown in the pictures on the outside was completely different. Hosted 2 different repair people and a county auditor in the 5 days I was there. For what we paid for 5 days we did not get our money worth. Honestly should have gotten a partial refund for all of our issues which was shocked that it wasn’t offered given all our troubles.

The house was a great set up! The inside looked the same as pictures and was very clean! The neighbors were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The backyard was perfect for relaxing at the house and pool. There was some damage from past hurricanes, but aside from that it was great!

Family trip

Perfect property for our family of 4. We were in town for a sports event for two teenagers. The house was very clean and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed (we especially liked the Ninja blender and keurig for those early morning games). The beach is close and there are a lot of restaurants close by as well. Like others said- the road can be busy at times, but we were able to turn our van around in the wide driveway in order to easily pull out during busier times of the day. Would definitely recommend doing that. Across the street, there is a sidewalk for walking/ jogging. The owner/ property managers were professional and easy to communicate with via cell or messaging. They got back to us very quickly with every communication. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting this area.

Amazing!!!

The pictures did not lie! This was such a beautiful property and everything was laid out perfectly. The rooms were nicely sized and everything was so clean and welcoming. The pool was great and I loved the sitting area with the fire. The kids were blown away with the toys and games and ping pong was a big hit. Everything was well thought out and put together very nicely.
