Enjoy Your private top floor guest house with fully equipped kitchenette, full bath, and two bedrooms! We are located in a quiet neighborhood right on the gulf with in a couple miles of a handful of beaches (including USA's #1 Siesta Key Beach)! We are also conveniently close to a dozen of grocery stores from Publix to Sprouts. The mall is right across the street and fairly close is Potter park with free access to a run trail, tennis courts, and low fee for their daily gym and waterpark/pool! Feel free to bring your own bike as Legacy Trail is just a short ride away. We are also very close to a public ramp so feel free to bring your own kayak, jet ski, or small boat!

The space

A fairly large space with control over your own thermostat. Wifi and Apple TV are included as well for your own use. There are two bedrooms: one with queen size bed and closet and another with two twin beds and closet.

Guest access

Feel free to enjoy out yard with gazebo and fire pit! You will also notice our garden growing fresh fruits and the bamboo wall on the side if the house.

Interaction with guests

I will be available 24/7 via message (or if really urgent please call!). I look forward to greeting all guest but definitely respect your privacy and space!

Other things to note

We will provide all shower needs and linens! We have complementary coffee and tea in the kitchen, please help yourself! The Apple TV allows your to wirelessly screen share to watch movies but you will notice theres channels on there and availability to log into Netflix/HBO/Hulu. Board games are also available in the living space if you wanna kick it old school.
