Welcome to Robinhood Beach Villa, a pet-friendly Sarasota villa near nationally ranked Siesta Key Beach, downtown Sarasota, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, nightlife, and SRQ Airport.

This updated 3-bedroom, 1-bath villa is one side of a duplex and offers a comfortable home base for beach trips, family visits, remote work, longer stays, and relaxed Sarasota getaways.

You’ll enjoy 3 queen beds, a remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower, hotel-style bedding and towels, a stocked kitchen, T-Mobile 5G Wi-Fi, smart-lock self check-in, free in-unit washer/dryer, beach gear for 6, assigned parking for 2 cars, private front outdoor seating, and access to a shared fenced backyard with a new propane grill and fire pit.



Please note: this home is one side of a duplex. The 3rd bedroom is a bonus bedroom that is only accessible through the primary bedroom. The backyard is shared with guests from the other duplex unit and the separate Lil John Coastal Cottage located behind the property.


*Additional charges are incurred on all guest reservations over 4 guests as extra guests charges (this is because the 3rd bedroom is a bonus room setup with an additional bed and is only accessible through the main bedroom) - see details on charges when setting the total number of guests upon booking). Robinhood Beach Villa is designed to give guests a comfortable, convenient Sarasota stay close to beaches, dining, groceries, and local attractions.


The living and dining area includes a white leather L-shaped sectional, large Roku TV, bamboo glass-top dining table with seating for 6, and 2 barstools at the kitchen pass-through countertop. It’s a comfortable place to unwind after the beach, stream a movie, share a meal, or plan the next day’s adventure.


The kitchen includes an electric oven and range, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, K-cups, 5-cup drip coffee maker, fresh ground coffee, cookware, dishes, utensils, spices, oils, snacks, pantry staples, and basic breakfast items.


A small desk and chair are available near the kitchen for guests who need a laptop-friendly workspace.


Sleeping Arrangements


Bedroom 1:

The first bedroom is located near the front door. Passing through a barn door, this bright and airy yet cozy bedroom features a new queen size bed and frame with tufted fabric headboard, super soft hotel-style sheets & bedding, a single nightstand and lamp, with room darkening curtains and window shades to help you sleep in if needed. For the convenience of guests staying in this room, a tall clothing armoire and dresser is available just outside the room along with a full-length mirror and luggage rack.


Primary bedroom:

The Primary bedroom is located next to the bathroom and features a queen size, extremely comfortable bed, with new soft hotel-style sheets & bedding. A nightstand with lamps and charging pads for your phones are located at each side of the bed. Watch TV in bed with the large wall-mounted smart TV. A small closet, luggage rack, and dresser help your items stay organized during your stay. There is a pack and play crib already available in the main bedroom closet


Bonus 3rd bedroom:

From inside the primary bedroom, a small barn door leads to a bonus 3rd bedroom with a new & comfy queen sized bed, new hotel-style sheets & bedding, and a nightstand with lamp and charging station. Stream TV from bed on the large wall-mounted TV w/ Chromecast. Keep your clothes stored in the dresser. Behind the curtain next to the TV, you will find the stackable Washer & Dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets available to use for free during your stay.

Important note: the bonus 3rd bedroom is accessed through the primary bedroom. This layout works well for families, close friends, or groups who are comfortable with this setup.


Bathroom & Laundry

The bathroom has been remodeled with an updated vanity, sink, fixtures, cabinets, fresh towels, bath mats, and a spacious walk-in shower.

A linen closet near the bathroom includes extra bath towels and beach towels.

The stackable washer and dryer are located behind the curtain in the bonus bedroom area. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided for guest use during your stay.


Beach Gear

We provide beach chairs for 6, a beach umbrella, beach tote, and cooler tote so you can enjoy Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach, Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, Bean Point, Venice Beach, or other nearby Gulf Coast favorites.


Pet-Friendly Stay

Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome with approval. One pet is allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. Pet fees apply.

The shared backyard is fully fenced and has pet gates on each side of the house. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets, keeping gates closed, and respecting other guests on the property.

Venice Dog Beach is about 34 minutes away and is a great option for a beach day with your pup.


Outdoor Spaces

The front patio has 2 chairs and a small side table for coffee, reading, or relaxing outdoors.

The front yard of the duplex includes a privacy-screen divider that helps separate the space for your group, plus outdoor seating, umbrella, and ambient landscape lighting.

The backyard is shared with the neighboring duplex unit and Lil John Coastal Cottage. Shared amenities include a new propane grill, fire pit with seating, sun lounger, side table, and fenced yard.


Robinhood Beach Villa is centrally located in Sarasota near Tamiami Trail on a quiet cul-de-sac street.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. There is also a separate rental agreement that is sent for e-signing

Our custom seasonal cancellation policy and our refund policy:

January - April : Strict - *Partial refund 60 days before check-in; No refund after 60 days before check-in.
May-August: Moderate: *Partial refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. No refund after 14 days before check-in.
September - October: Relaxed *Partial refund up to 14 days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations between 7 and 14 days. No refund after 7 days before check-in.
November - December: Firm - *Partial refund 60 days before check-in; 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in. No refund after 30 days before check-in.

*Partial refunds are further defined as 100% refunds minus processing fees incurred by the merchant - Stripe

The Host recommends that all guests obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance coverage to cover these charges in case of a cancellation.



Minut Sound decibel monitors and Ring Doorbell cameras for security and insurance purposes monitor the property.


**Extra charges may apply to stays that require excessive cleaning, damaged items, damage to property, and replacing lost or ruined linens, towels and/or beach accessories. We keep an inventory of everything in the unit. If you accidentally break, misplace, or even leave an item(s) at the beach - please notify me. I may not charge you anything if I am notified in advance.


***In regards to Florida's natural wildlife, floral and fauna, we will sometimes experience mosquitoes, ants, spiders, cockroaches, etc outside. We have regular pest treatments performed both inside & outside the units. We also personally, utilize bait, traps and sprays to keep these insects outside where they belong. Please don't keep windows without screens or doors open too long as you nay inadvertently let some inside. Should you come across any pests during your stay, please make us aware so we can address the situation. While it's rare to come across these pests inside, a refund will not be offered for the occasional occurrence. We always want you to be comfortable during your stay and you will find that we act quickly and with compassion to resolve any issues you have. We just need to be aware of it in order to resolve anything. ***
