I booked a room for three nights, after first night they gave someone else my room. Put me in a double full instead of the king I paid for. Second room was dirty an was upset with being switched.

I have a bad experience staying at this property. The room was dirty and smelly. They gave a smoking room even that was non smoking room I have kids it was a very hard the breakfast was not good at all the room floors carpet was very old and smelly moldy I don't recomamde this property at all

The room was very clean. The night attendant (maybe the owner?) was efficient and friendly. It was pretty noisy all night because of speeder/drag racer traffic on the busy road right in front of the hotel, but if I was in a room on the back side I wouldn’t have been bothered by it. All in all a good stay.

The place is old and worn out the bathroom looks like it would be in a section 8 home The only reason I stayed was because it was walking distance from the airport When I get back from where I am now, I'll find another place. I don't care how much it is. I'm certainly not gonna stay there. Oh, and I asked for a 4 o'clock wake up call. I never got it even though she said she would.

The room was clean and neat. The staff were very courteous. However, we left after one night as the air conditioner would go on and off. When off, there was no air. Unfortunately they would not refund the next two nights stating I had not purchased protection? We were in Sarasota for my mom’s memorial.
