Delicious choice of coffees and a full kitchen to make and keep fresh food daily, on your wide granite breakfast bar and counters : refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, deep sink w/light disposal,...blender, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, steamer, toaster, filtered water pitcher, bottled water to get you started, coffee maker, creamer, sugars, cooking oil; and of course plates, coffee cups, glasses and bowls, recycling and trash. We provide paper towels and nice TP.
Swiffer, hand and sweep brooms, sterile Chlorox covid-strength wipes, and variety of cleaners are provided. Make yourselves at home.

Masterlocked 5' X 6' Beach shed is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and stores your bicycles+ for neighborhood and Legacy Trail cycling etc. Masterlock key is 2nd key on your ring. We do not provide bicycles at this time....
Massage sore muscles in our jacuzzi bubble bath tub, with a selection of soothing healing salts, or in our 4 point massaging spa shower with endless hot water at high pressure under the stars/sun of our shower skylight. Stocked bathroom cabinet is filled with soaps, lotions, toothpaste and floss, shampoos, conditioners, sunscreens and aloes for that occasional sunburn, with space remaining for your toiletries.
Here we have GUEST mini-washer & dryer for YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS ONLY, with laundry detergent and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board...... We ask that you use guest washing machine for YOUR ITEMS ONLY and allow us to launder and replace the large beach and apartment linens which are too much for your efficiency washer, THANKYOU. We can retrieve your used towels daily, or you can place outside in the same white as for garbage bags found under the sink, and take fresh towels from ample supply provided.
We change bed linens once a week. You will let us know how is most convenient.
We offer daily garbage removal if you permit, or you can just place garbage outside of unit.
For hanging clothes there is a 15" wide pants length closet and 25 sq feet of folding space in drawers and on shelves, within pristine solid white oak cabinets.
Luxury finishes throughout, all lights on dimmers.
Shops for every basic and unique need are available nearby, within a short or longer driving distance. You will need to have a car at this suburban location.
