It was like staying at a bland Airbnb because there was no front desk open. They were very responsive and nice. The check-in app is intrusive, impersonal, and takes longer than going to a front desk.

New ownership of this sweet little place is what shines the most. Taylor was accommodating and always available to help with my requests. The units are new, clean, have kitchens and are updated. It’s also close enough to walk to the small town of Saratoga and both of the Hot Springs.

The TV was being a butt when we checked in but we called the main office and Taylor come over immediately to reset it. Love the remodel! The bathroom, room, and kitchenette are so beautiful. Her and her mom and have done a great job!
