Coco Sunset Hills is a sprawling gated community with 6 amazing pools, beautiful landscaping and lots of parking. This complex is just a short walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. You have the entire condo to yourself but will share the pool and rancho area with permanent residents and fellow travelers! The development has gated entry and 24/7 security.

The main floor features a large, covered terrace perfect for soaking in the lush surroundings, and watching the humming birds flit from flower to flower. Inside, the living, kitchen, and dining areas are designed for comfort, filled with natural light to create a bright and airy atmosphere. There is also a half bath, and access to the rear patio with a private washer/dryer and BBQ grill. The second floor bedrooms each open to a second, covered balcony for additional relaxation space. From your front door, you have easy access to the sparking community pools, with 7 pools in total within the community.
