When you enter, the room opens up to your open concept living space and a fully equipped kitchen with modern cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.
The 2nd-floor outdoor terrace, a couple of steps outside the master, has plenty of space for a BBQ and outdoor dining. Your view below is of the beautiful pool and lush tropical gardens.
A 5-minute walk to the neighborhood Pueblitos you`ll find a grocery store, coffee shops, excellent restaurants, a spa, and many other small businesses. Three minutes more and you are at the beach! Downtown Coco is a 5-minute drive and only 25 minutes from Liberia International Airport, making it easily accessible.
