Jos etsit hyväpalkkaista, yksityistä ja rauhallista huoneistoa, jolta on upeat näkymät, niin se on! Tämä kahden makuuhuoneen yhden kylpyhuoneen huoneisto on täysin kalustettu kaikilla uusilla huonekaluilla ja mukavuuksilla. Avoimessa keittiössä / olohuoneessa on näkymät Tyynellemerelle ja Playa Ocotalille. Siellä on kiinteistönhoitaja, joka on vain puhelun päässä avuksi kaikessa tarvitsemassasi. Liberian kansainväliseltä lentokentältä on 35 minuutin ajomatka hyvin päällystetyille teille. Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä ravintoloista, ostosmahdollisuuksista ja viihteestä.

Two things "Perfect" about this location

We fell for the photos of the spectacular view when renting this beautiful spot. But what those photos don't show is the manager is also a great reason to be here. Joe responded to every request quickly and resolved any issue with good humor and we really appreciate him. This condo has what you need to enjoy a wonderful visit to Ocotal. There is nothing like morning coffee looking out at bay!

Peaceful and Relaxing

Gorgeous views from both the balcony and the pool! I could have spent my whole week in Costa Rica sipping coffee and reading on the balcony, or just admiring the view from the pool. I loved waking up early every morning to hear the birds and monkeys and enjoy regular visits from the same two beautiful birds on the balcony. Joe was very responsive and the house is really equipped with everything you need. The drive up and down the cliff takes a little getting used to, but we did just fine. We had some great adventures with excursions during our stay, but I must say, the time spent at this condo were some of my favorite moments.

There might be one or two places with a better view of the ocean but you probably can't rent them. The pool is absolutely amazing.

Amazing view

I could see how others say it’s a little difficult to get to but if you use Waze there’s no problem. The condo was great and had everything we needed to just relax and be on vacation. The views are 10/10. Would highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Beautiful View

The accommodations and view were wonderful. Plenty of space, clean, and nicely furnished. William (gate) was very helpful, especially when we needed to make a call. There were two small items. 1) I had the impression that our unit was in the building with the infinity pool. However, we met some very nice vacationers at the pool, so not a big deal. 2) The narrow winding road up to the unit was a bit scary, especially the first time. Unfortunately, our son gets motion sickness, so he did not enjoy getting to/from our unit. He may not be back, but my husband and I are will be back!

Perfect Beach Holiday

Loved the property, even the circuitous route getting there. You will need a car. Many supermarkets and restaurants in the town just 10 minutes away. Father Roosters restaurant on the beach is exceptional; we ate there often.

Beautiful View Nicely Appointed Two Bedroom Condo

Everything about the condo unit was perfect. The photos of the view do not due it justice. Overlook a valley with monkeys in the trees and of Ocotal Beach and Father Roosters. Oh yea and then there is the Pacific Ocean. The unit is well cared for with everything you need for sleeping and eating. Dine on the kitchen breakfast bar or on the porch overlooking the ocean. The owners and the neighbors are very helpful in providing directions and suggestion on things to do. Would rent here again. One suggestion if you are renting a car make it an SUV. Roads are sloped and rough serviced finished. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful condo with stunning views

Joseph’s condo was a great place to stay. Kitchen has all the amenities you need and there is a bbq by the pool. Plenty of towels and beach chairs for everyone. The views from the deck are gorgeous and you can have coffee outside each morning. Our family enjoyed spending many hours at the pool with its spectacular views. There are several beaches and grocery. stores just a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

First of all, dealing with the owner (Joe) was wonderful!!! He was always available and willing to answer questions. The place was better than we expected, we were truly in paradise. 😎😎😎 The cono has everything we needed and more!! It was clean and well maintained 😎😎😎😎😎 The view was the best ever, totally amazing!!!!!! I wish we could have stayed longer 😁😁😁 Father Rooster, is a restraunt close by.Its right on the beach, the food is great and staff are very nice.We went there many times, and were always pleased!! Beautiful condo on the mountain

We loved our stay. The view from the porch was gorgeous to wake up to every morning. The condo was well equipped with everything you need for cooking and grilling. Playa Ocotal was stunning. If you are going with kids or just like pool like beaches we highly recommend visiting playa Panama. It was one of our favorites! We were very underwhelmed with Playa de Coco. Would definitely skip and spend our time elsewhere. Be warned if you drive up at it can be a bit tricky to get to but once you know how, it’s very straightforward.

Incredible condo view is spectacular

This has been the nicest place we have stayed overlooking Ocotal Beach. The condo had many provisions and even a little coffee. There is nice cookware and a blender for iced coffees. We didn’t have any issues with mosquitoes or ants. There is a nice breeze so don’t need to use AC too much. We ate all our meals on the lanai and enjoyed the view. We hiked to the beach every morning which is a mile one way. It is hilly so a good workout for anyone. There is a nightguard at the top of driveway. You get the remote to open the beautiful gate. The salt water infinity pool was incredible. There is also a very nice weight room and a jacuzzi outside. If I return I hope this condo will still be available for my family. Thank you so much for sharing. It was a great place for us Alaskans to thaw out!

Incredible view, very comfortable and clean

We loved our stay here. What a view! The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the place was super clean. The infinity pool was beautiful. Very steep drive up but you get used to it. Access to many nearby activities, shops and restaurants. Playa Ocotal and Hermosa are both great for kids.
