Excellent place to stay in S'toon

This is a very comfortable and new basement apartment. It was very clean and well equipped. The bed was a king and very comfortable. My husband and I used the unit for about 8 days, and everything worked well. We had a brief issue with the TV, and Najeem was quick to respond. The unit is a bit tricky to locate because it is in a new, sprawling suburb, but once you get your bearings, it is well located and not far from the main part of the city. Very good value. We have family in Saskatoon and hope to stay there again.

What a great experience!!! This suite is amazing. Had everything I needed. Super clean! The bed is cozy too. You can tell Najeem takes pride in his home and rental. Great green walking space adjacent to his home. For sure hoping to book again for my next visit to Saskatoon Thanks Najeem

Great stay

The suite was a perfect fit for my two week stay. The ad was true to experience. Communication with host was fantastic. Clean, quiet, private, safe neighborhood, close to major roads and shopping. Would 100% recommend.

New Basement Suite in Brighton Area

Place was very new. The king sized bed was comfortable and the complimentary coffee and water appreciated. There was no hot tub found, no salt and pepper, tea towels or dish clothes. The owner seemed very nice and overall was quiet and comfortable.

Very nice basement unit, clean, functional. Situated in an active construction site (building, fencing, paving, roofing etc etc) requiring extra care navigating. But close to amenities and Hwy 5. Other provinces would do well to come and see how Saskatoon is handling housing. Will return.

Excellent stay for professionals

Owner and family are friendly but quiet. Separate entrance and dedicated parking spot are very welcome. All amenities are close by and convenient. Owner also very understanding and communicative if you need anything. Excellent stay, once area fully developed and 10/10 without a doubt.
