Was disappointed - our key wouldn't work, and we were at the farthest end from lobby - three times I had to go down and try new keys. They finally came up and said it was the lock itself. Moved us to a new room at 9:30. The pillows were horrible. They were so large we had use the decorative pillows so our necks weren't kinked in the morning. Air condition was so loud it took forever to get to sleep and our room was hot. Couldn't open the window - sirens and loud vehicles were going all night. The front desk guy was very nice and helped with the key situation.
