It took a long time to have her order taken even though they apologized. We were in a hurry that morning, so an apology doesn’t help start your day out feeling like you’re in a rush now cause you had to wait a long time. The bathtub in our room 339 was absolutely horrible repainted scratched off hardly would want to use . But the price is right and it is an older building. It’s really the spacious main floor that is the draw.

The atrium that is central to this hotel is a real treat, and the reason we booked. The rooms were underwhelming – top linens were ragged looking, several lightbulbs were burnt out, items from previous guests were found in our room. My husband's omelette was overdone and had black bits from a dirty grill in the eggs. We mentioned it to the server and she comped one of our beverages, which seemed like a weak effort. Staff was friendly, but not overly accomodating. Would try somewhere else next time.

There was a chicken wing left on the floor in our room, and when the staff was alerted, they did not really do anything about it. The staff was not very friendly in general. Additionally, there were loud teens and children running around the halls, and also some kind of band playing which was also quite loud and it was already around 9:30 - 10pm. If you don’t mind noise or are travelling with kids this hotel might be fine for you. Unfortunately, I do not think I would choose this hotel again due to cleanliness concerns.

Les gens à la réception étaient irrespectueux, et il y avait des taches dans le lit et des poils partout. On dirait que rien n’avait été lavé on a été obligé de dormir dans nos sleeping bang. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel une horaire du début jusqu’à la fin.

There were kids running up and down the hallway, and there was a cockroach in the pool, along with bugs and plungers at the bottom of the pool. The hotel room has grease stains on the headboard and there’s carpet in the hotel rooms just a fair warning.

During my stay, I experienced some issues with service that I would like to share. I requested room cleaning multiple times (2–3 requests), but unfortunately, it was not provided. Each time, I was informed that the hotel was short on staff. While I understand staffing challenges, this did impact the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, I had an uncomfortable interaction with a member of the executive staff standing in lobby of reception area. When I asked a simple question about the pool depth, I was first asked whether I was staying at the hotel. I felt compelled to show my room key before receiving an answer. This interaction came across as unprofessional and made me feel judged, which was disappointing and unexpected in a hospitality setting. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving staff availability and professionalism to ensure a better experience for future guests. However the staff standing at the reception for check in and check out purposes was nice

Hotel cleaning standard is extremely poor. Visibly dirty, like spills on bedskirt and headboards. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Cupboard hinge broken so didn’t close all the way. Entry door deadbolt did not work. Simple things like toilet paper rolls folded over nicely but both almost empty and no extra roll in the room. Pool area is very dark and floor was sticky. Everything just felt dirty so I will not stay again or recommend it to anyone else
