客室は特別指摘する事はないです スタッフ対応も良し。 夜、ホテル内のレストランで食事した時 スタッフが厨房の中にひっこんでいるので 叫ばないと聞こえないので面倒。 呼び鈴があったらいい。 焼きおにぎり 香物付きと書いてあったけど出し忘れ。 こちらから伝えて気がついた様子でした。

ホテルの方は皆さん親切で良かった 浴室カーテンの棒に黒カビが生えていた トイレのドアがへこんで穴が開いていた 使えないわけではないが、見た目、印象が悪い 川内駅から少し距離があり、荷物が多く運ぶのが大変だった 周辺ホテル葉天然温泉も多かったので、人工ではなく、店内温泉を、入れて欲しい
