This place was so disgusting that after seeing the room i would never stay their. Absolutely filthy with broken down furniture that looked like it was collected on the side of the road. The check in person tried convincing us it was good and made us look at other rooms all equally disgusting. WE DID NOT STAY THERE! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT COULD EVEN BE LISTED ON EXPEDIA. UNFORTUNATELY WE HAD ALREADY CHECKED IN SO NOW I WILL HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GE T REFUNDED BY EXPEDIA. I have pictures but see no place to upload them.

I do not usually give reviews on hotels, or really take the opinion of others too much into consideration when booking a hotel. People all have different levels of expectation. For $90 a night, I did have low expectations, but I did not expect to have one towel for hands/face and showering between two people and did not expect to have to use my own pillow because theirs were blood and mould stained.

Unexpected. Different from the pictures shown. Feels like there are tons of bed bugs in the bed.. the pillows are smelly like dried sweat. This is unexpected.

The place was in terrible condition — it had a strong, unpleasant smell and was infested with mosquitoes. It was honestly unbearable. This place should not be in service anymore. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Room was disgustingly dirty, slippery bath tub, caulking around tub sink yellow and old. Door wouldn’t lock from the inside. Guests on drugs, loud aggressive and police called. Old ripped chairs, unmatched, under construction, dumpster in middle of parking lot.

it's dirty has stinky smell and cockroaches were running everywhere. The manager changed 2 double bed room to 1 double bedroom without notice. The door's lock didn't work so i had to use refrigerator against the door. The motel is located in unsafe and dark areas so I couldn't sleep the whole night.

Part of the motel was fenced off and looked like there had been a fire. Outside the door of the room they gave us was a bunch of old carrots and food the had been dumped on the ground. The room was filthy and when I tried to get a different room the employee tried to tell me it was clean. When I took a flashlight to the room the mattresses were incase in bed bug covers and there was a dead bed bug in the floor. We got a refund and paid double for a clean room at another motel

Unfortunately I have to say this, I give credit where it's due, they called me because I was to get there late. But the approach gave me goosebumps, there was to be no one at the reception, they would charge my card, and have my door unlocked. Mind you it's was first time ever in Soo, so I didn't even know exactly where I was going. Not safe!! For this reason I didn't show up. Then they end up still charging me ...I think that's unfair.

This property was absolutely horrible. I don't even know how they allow these rooms to be rented. The room we got had such an awful stench and when you enter, its all bad condition. The washroom smells so bad and the tub, sink, and bedsheets are all stained and have cigarette holes. I felt sick after staying there for 30 minutes. Eventually we had to check out immediately. Please never EVER go there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The day before I arrived, someone from the hotel called my cellphone and I wondered why they were calling - I never had a hotel call, ASKING if I was going to check in. I thought it was really strange, but when I arrived, I saw how run down the place was and wanted to bolt, but I didn’t. I got to the room and it smelled someone was living there that never bathed, the bed quilt had cigarette burns on it and I could barely move inside the bathroom. I urge anyone not to stay here. It’s really unsanitary and you’d be better sleeping in your car.
