Very convenient and cute place. All my kids were comfortable. Only complaint is we had to keep shoveling the walkway ourselves and the driveway did not get plowed during our stay even though they got a good 5” of snow plus the wind blown snow. I am glad I had all wheel drive!

We enjoyed our stay. The snowmobile trail is RIGHT there! Well stocked for making meals. The double sized bunk bed could use a 'little more' comfy mattress. We ended up using the one on top and made a double mattress on the bottom. Worked out well! Decent size driveway for two trucks, and two snowmobile trailers. Close to town. Thanks

Place to stay while traveling the UP.

Overall, we were satisfied with the rental. It was very difficult for older family members to manage the stairs to the loft area, so they had to stay downstairs in the bunk beds, which wasn’t ideal. We were able to bring our dog, but didn’t stay outside since the grass was very overgrown. The weather was wonderful and we found ourselves traveling around the UP, so this was a good home base. Julia was also very quick to respond to questions and checked in on us during our trip.

Positive Vibes

It is a nice property. We stayed there in August & September 2024. On our September stay most of Soo lost power. They sent a message making sure we were aware. Thankfully by the time we returned to house we had power. If you have an issue with stairs this may not be the place for you. Stairway is narrow. Also, make sure to bring toiletries as it was not supplied. First place that I've been too that did not have all those items. Overall, this was a great place to stay, property manager was very responsive & we would stay again in future visits.

The house was great! Host was super friendly! The location was nice and quiet while still being close to the center of town. Plenty of room and amenities. It was a good home base for exploring.
