My two year old got locked into the bathroom, I called down to the front desk and they said they didn't have a key for it. At this point I'm panicking. Who has a key doorknob with NO key. They send someone up to try and get it opened the guy said he was new and he didn't know what to do. Thankfully my fiancé came back and took the door knob right off to get our son. No apologies or anything. Very disappointed. No hot tub, food is mediocre considering you put a $500 deposit down and the basic room cost $299. What a joke.

Disappointed again

This is the third time we've stayed, and the second time disappointed. This time it was the lack of a hot tub, which they had the last time (but they've removed it), and excessive noise. They had a hockey tournament with kids out of control running around the hotel without any control or supervision. We were there for a funeral. Not a great time, enough so we cancelled our booking early.
