The best part of the staff are the valet attendants. Never had or saw a cleaning technician in the room. Had to ask for fresh towels twice in three days. No baggage carts available when needed.

No coffee No hot water couch was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on for the price you could do better also the rooftop restaurant is horrible and when you have an event like New Years it should be available for guests!!! I would not recommend the hotel for a stay The only good thing I can say is when we could get hot water the shower was great.

First the check in was great, the vallet staff was beyond courteous! The room stated 3?? but it is ground floor and the traffic was in the room with us. Beautiful room and hotel, loud auto muffler sounds, buzzing load motor cycles, music blaring, was not expected or desired. Surprised by the sounds on the street, and just how close it was to our window. Unexpected disappointment to a well known Hotel system for customer high rates of satisfaction.
