This first-floor apartment has been renovated from top to bottom and is located in a great part of town. You can enjoy some of the best foods, bars, and sights by simply walking or catching an Uber.

You will love how accessible and centrally located our home is. Just steps from the front door, you will find Starland Yard - which has drinks, food, events, and more. You can also be Downtown in 10-minutes or at the beach in 20! So much to do and see!

We had such a lovely time in Savannah. This place was perfect easy to walk to restaurants and coffee and Uber to where we needed to go. The hosts were a fantastic giving us amazing recommendations on things to do would definitely stay here again if we come back to Savannah, which we hope to do sometime soon!

The place was very neat and clean. Very close to main street. We had a fabulous time! Though be forewarned if you have any issues stepping up or out of a tub. If you're used to a tub, no problem! Those of us who haven't had a tub in years, it took some getting used to.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Check-in and out was a breeze, which was especially appreciated since we arrived pretty late after a long drive.We didn’t need assistance with anything, but the host was super communicative and kind throughout! They reached out after hearing the power had gone out on our street, (which didn’t actually affect us except losing wifi briefly) and kept us updated on progress. Cute first-floor apartment with a little back patio. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals and just enough TP for two people staying 5 nights! Pretty quiet despite being close to a bunch of starland spots. There was a big house party in a neighboring yard one night, but it was nostalgic to me as a SCAD alum. We had no problem sleeping through it and I actually slept SO well the whole trip.All in all i would recommend it to anyone and would totally stay here again :)

So happy we chose this property. We found Savannah to be a very beautiful, historical city but very touristy. This was a great neighborhood away from it all - but still walkable to everything for us. The property was clean and comfortable. Great mattress and pillows. Archer made check in and out easy. The neighborhood is up and coming - with some fun shopping and eating. Highly recommend.

The character of the house is very charming. Felt very comfortable and decor was on point. However, the bed sank to the middle and upon stripping the sheets we found that support brace down (which explains that). Loved the clawfoot tub which added to the character however the enamel is peeling up in the bottom. Overall, great place and would stay here again.

What a delightful place this is! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated! Thoughtful touches included a water filter pitcher, coffee maker with several K-cups, a washer and dryer with detergent, paper towels, etc.! The bed and linens were very comfortable, and the location is convenient. Archer, our host, was great! He responded almost immediately to my questions and concerns, and was so warm and eager to make our stay enjoyable. While we stayed here during the rare Savannah snow storm and stayed inside, there’s a cute little patio in the back and nice front porch to enjoy during warmer weather. Overall, our experience was great!

Beautifully restored condo in great neighborhood. Nice front porch & back sitting area. Very clean. Kitchen had everything you could need. We purposely wanted to stay in that area to go to some of the neighborhood’s great restaurants & bars. All very fun & trendy. We know the area is a bit of a transitioning neighborhood but at no time did we feel unsafe. Host was very friendly & quick to respond. Would love to stay again.

Going from the suburbs to a walkable, active city has challenges, but this location made me feel right at home. The ONLY negative i have was that the upstairs guests came in later than i did (11:30 or so) and were louder than I'm used to. Also, if they'd taken off their shoes, the walking overhead wouldn't have been loud enough to have kept me awake.

This is the cutest place in a very central growing location. Tight in proximity to other homes so privacy is not the idea here. Neighbors were friendly. Kitchen is stacked and the bed is very comfortable. Super clean. Cute patio. I will say that the shower is small and the curtain sticks to your body which for me was annoying. Wouldn’t wanna live with it but for the short term all was good.
