Courtyard by Marriott in the historic downtown Savannah at 415 w. Liberty St. Was absolutely excellent! We'd rented 2 rooms because it was a family vacation. Room 326 & 322. I can honestly speak for all of us when I say that the beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean, quite & spacious. Our rooms were king bed, sleeper sofa & balcony. I can also speak for all, when I say that the staff, all of them were 5 star & above nice! Sweet Jada at the front desk was so nice & helpful from check in to check out. The blonde haired lady (I'm horrible with names) was awesome even when my granddaughter was all grouchy. Lol. But gave a sword to my oldest grandson & he's still loving it. Honestly everyone at the desk & in the Bistro restaurant there was just amazing! As well as the rest of the staff no matter their jobs. I can not say enough good about this hotel & staff! We stayed a week & we all enjoyed staying there so much! I usually don't leave long reviews but this place is worth one. I will definitely be back & when I do, I will be staying here again. Thank you to every staff member there for being so kind & helping to make our stay above a 5 star stay! Y'all are truly the best & we appreciate it!

They need to take a good look at upgrading everything. For what you pay for a suite and they give you the bare minimum. It was very disappointing. Highly disappointing in how much the parking was per day. Considering I was staying at the hotel?

I did not expect that there would be no parking to even check-in but the valet men took care of everything an parked my car in the basement. No cost for parking and these men were exceptionally poliirte! All the people at the hotel were exceptional!

:Very classy place. Very close to tourist areas, walking distance to many of the sights of Savannah. One block from decent city owned parking garage. Only $21 for two nights and days. Disappointed at no complementary breakfast, even a continental would be appreciated. On site restreraunt very pricy for the fare. Nice courtyard/pool area behind hotel. Great staff up front.

Not the best stay

Front desk was nice, bed was comfortable, just too many technical issues with the room. Never had internet and tv never functioned properly. Also never seen a room without an alarm clock, also the room had trash left from previous guest ,also the handle to the balcony door fell off upon first use, and bulbs were missing in the lighting. Wouldn’t recommend or stay here again

The first night was rough, I called earlier for a pack in play, and they told me one would be in the room. We got in late and no pack in play. I called down at the desk and they said housekeeping had the keys and they won’t be in till the morning. A 5 month old slept on the floor with the mother. The next day we got one.
