Beautiful place! Very small bathroom, would have appreciated some more shelves or counter space. A couple blocks off of the main area, with a lot of abandoned buildings around. Maybe it’s coming around? Nice but would probably stay elsewhere next time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The location was fantastic, and everything was within walking distance. There was a code required to enter the building’s front door, which added an extra layer of security and made me feel safe.

Great location

It took a minute to locate the studio apartment from the parking deck but the owners were very responsive and helpful. The place is in a wonderful location. We were able to park and walk everywhere we wanted to go! Just a quick 30 min drive to Tybee beach. We had a wonderful, quick trip. The pull out sofa couch is bent and not flat, with a very thin mattress. Maybe it would work for a small child, definitely not an adult. The location makes this place! Would definitely stay again!

Overall impression is very good. Our home away from home in Savannah. Would recommend it to others. Good location for shops and restaurants. Comfortable king size bed. TV in the bedroom is always a plus for me. The host was very nice, and always responded immediately if we had a question.Thanks Michael..

Dancing the night away.

My husband and I took a short trip for our anniversary. The location was easy to get to with plenty of parking to choose from. We had a great view from the second floor. The space was clean and cozy. The only thing I would have changed was the loud base thumping music that started at 3pm when we arrived and finally stopped at midnight/ 1am. Luckily the bed was super comfortable and we had shared a bottle of wine at dinner, otherwise we never would have slept. It’s a cute, but noisy place.

Anniversary Trip

The property is in one of the best locations in Savannah. Easy walk to the best places to eat and a few minutes more and you are on River St. the unit is everything you need for a few nights and nothing more. Exactly what you need when most of your time will be spent out anyway. The bed was amazing! Love the historical and industrial feel to it!

Great location. In the middle of everything and within walking distance to everthing. Room was clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner very good. Parking of course is the biggest hassle. But they warn you about several times. You just have to be patient.

Anniversary getaway!

We drove up to Savannah from north Florida for a quick anniversary getaway and couldn't have asked for a better location! The condo was perfect! It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable. Seeing the bubbles float up from the soap shop below was a special touch.

Fun and Easy time

Mike was wonderful with communication. The actual unit seems like the decor has been updated since the last set of photos have been uploaded. The unit is close to City Market and was clean and easy to access once we were able to find parking. Parking can become difficult if you leave on Saturday to go to Tybee Island in the am and return in the afternoon, but I will say Mike provided a lot of information in the unit on places and parking which helped. Would stay again if we ever come back.

Perfect little getaway

Absolutely adorable loft! Perfect for a short getaway to celebrate my daughter's sweet 16! Great location. We were in walking distance of shopping and just for sightseeing all the beauty Savannah has to offer. Owners were very communicative. I sent a message with a question and I had an answer very quickly! I 100% recommend this loft!

Enjoyed our stay

Close to everything! Loft was just as stated in the description. Right above the Amelia Island soap retail store. They had a bubble machine that sent bubbles continually to our loft windows on the second floor. Check out Maple Biscuit Company and Goose Feathers for breakfast/brunch. Several good restaurants, entertainment including water hikes in a short walk!

Stylish and Convenient!

We absolutely loved this little condo! It's in the middle of ALL our favorites places (literally, several of them were less than 500 ft away!) And the super high ceilings and exposed brick was such a welcome open space. The walls were a little thin and the floors creaked a lot, but that's to be expected from an older building. It was also fun to wake up and see tons of bubbles outside our window coming from the store below! Our little girl loved it. We can't wait to stay here again!

I have never used vrbo before and this was definitely the best start! It is incredibly easy to get to and the room is very clean and adorable! I can not recommend a better place to go.

Great location!

This rental was great! The location is perfect! There is a big construction project going on down on Broughton St but it wasn’t bad getting around. Overall it was a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful.

Overnight trip

Decided on Savannah for a quick little trip to just get out of town and to enjoy a little gal time. It was smidge annoying trying to find the location because there was some pretty intense construction right below the loft BUT that didn’t stop us from enjoying it! We both repeatedly said how it felt cozy like being home. I’ve already planned on returning to this exact one. It’s close to EVERYTHING. Throughly enjoyed this visit.

Excellent Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the heart of Downtown and this location is perfect for enjoying everything Savannah has to offer. We stayed for 10 days and still so much more to explore. The bed is super comfortable. and Condo was very clean. The cookware was excellent as I love to cook. I’d recommend this to anyone.

Great property, very clean, good location

This place was great. Communication was good. The only things that kept me from rating it 5 stars were that the neighborhood was under construction which ruined the people watching opportunity from the beautiful living room windows. Had we known this, we might have booked elsewhere. it also made parking, loading in and loading out difficult. Construction won’t last forever though, so I would definitely recommend this rental.

Great Location

We booked this place for our 10 year anniversary. The location was great within walking distance to everything that we wanted to see and do! Very clean and had everything that we needed including an umbrella for the few rain showers and even a beach bag ready to go if we had gone to Tybee. My husband for his fan and was so surprised when we got there that there was one there! If you have kids there is a pack and play, beach toys, and a collapsible high chair (I believe). We didn't use the kids things as we left ours with grandparents this time around. We definitely would love to come back and stay at this cute VRBO again!
