The meal option ions were extremely limited for someone with celiac. No gluten free options at several restaurants. No gluten free pizza crust. Very poor information from concierge regarding gluten free options in nearby restaurants. The worst place I have stayed in years for menus regarding which items could be modified to be gluten free. Very disappointing.

The staff was courteous, room was nice, i recommend the balcony river view. House keeping staff stayed on top of making sure room was tidy before I returned that evening.

We were there to elope. It was fantastic!!! The staff was great and the couples massage at the Poseidon was great. The ladies were very talented and the staff made it very romantic. The wait staff also great, they recovered my lost phone for me and I was very thankful and the valet was exceptional.

Put us in a hadicapped room. We were on 2nd floor and the noise level was horrible!!! We had to sleep with tv on to block out noise level from outside!!! Ordered room service and the food a hamburger and Caesar salad was lousy!!! After paying so much money for the room I am very very, very upset!! I deserve and want a refund!!!
