We are located right in the heart of Savannah's Historic District. As is typical in Savannah, our property consists of two buildings: A main house and a carriage house located behind it. This listing is to rent our Main House. Built in 1885, our 2 story home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 50 yards from Troup Square. The home was carefully renovated/decorated to keep its historic charm. We even have 2 working fireplaces!

-- The Living Room has a comfortable, queen-size pullout sofa-bed—one that you would actually be happy sleeping on!—custom manufactured by Rowe Furniture in North Carolina, with “Air Dream” innerspring air mattress system. Comfortable chairs,a 55 inch high-definition flat screen TV, and a working fireplace
-- Open Kitchen/Dining Room. The Dining Room has an antique trestle dining table that seats six, a 48” high-definition flat screen TV and a second working fireplace
-- Full Gourmet Kitchen - quartz countertops, full-size stainless steel refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, microwave
-- There is a half-bath on the first floor, and a full-size desk with Aeron chair for remote work
-- Private Screened Porch outside the back door

On the Second Floor:
-- Front Bedroom - with two Twin Beds, flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination
-- Rear Bedroom - a Queen-Size Bed, flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with custom shower
-- High-Definition Cable and High-Speed Wireless Internet
-- Carefully furnished with original artworks, framed textiles, antiques, and modern accessories.

There is on-street parking in our neighborhood, we do not have a designated parking spot. We currently have metered parking on our side of the street (the side the house is on) and non-metered (free) parking across the street. Metered parking is enforced from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. PLEASE TAKE NOTE of the posted signs with street sweeping days/times no matter where you park so you don’t get a ticket!

Great trip to Savannah

Jingle Bells Square is in a great location to tour the historic distrct and the River area. Great for walking with food and entertainment options close to the house. We loved the home. It was very comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The screened in porch are is great for sitting or drinkin coffee in the AM!

We wanted a walkable location and this house was perfect. We saw alot of Savannah because we walked. Parking was very easy and right across the street from the house, the one day we used the car.

This house is just as described. Very cute and comfortable!! Close to everything and walkable. There is a binder with any I do you’d ever need, like closest restaurants etc. I definitely recommend and would stay here again! 😊
