Property needs to be painted. Lots of spackled spots in room that needed paint. Doors also need painting. Road noise was constant but good location for shopping the riverfront and restaurants.

Navy the receptionist was great, the bathroom was in old poor condition, and TV Channels were limited had to use my own steaming services. The King size bed was great, but if I would of had my wife with me. Well, lets just she would of made us leave. Reviews on remodeling way off.

room service never came once. I ran out of coffee, tea and clean towels. Room service never came but yet there was no option to opt out of room service. No channel guide for tv, no info explaining how to access wi-fi and when I was told how to access wi-fi the connection was terrible, kept quitting.

This was by far one of the worse places I have stayed at. While the location is ideal and the staff was extremely nice and professional this place should be called a motel and not hotel. The rooms are extremely dated and unclean due to the age of the property. The tv in the room is grainy with white spots on it and the door looks as if it has been kicked in. We were moved to another room after the first complaint and it was no better. The carpet needs to be pulled up due to the odor it holds. The breakfast consists of individual cereals, milk, apples and granola bars. While this place may be less expensive than surrounding hotels, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Pay the extra money. My husband was not at all pleased and we almost just gave up what we had spent and booked/paid for another place.

Our one night stay

The hotel was very convenient to river street. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. The staff helped us with our needs & very friendly! This was a safe location. We stayed on the second floor & it was quiet. The room could use some updating. There were stains on the carpet & you can smell mold when you enter the room. We were fine staying a night in this hotel.

Don’t judge the book by cover

It’s not much from the outside, but the rooms are very comfortable and well renovated. I wasn’t expecting to pay for parking, or for an early check-in. It’s such as life.

Great Hotel!!!

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It may not be the flashiest or most modern but we have never been disappointed in staying here. And the staff is awesome and I would put the General Manager and staff against anyone else. I can’t say enough about this property. Great location as well, right in the historic district and near the riverfront.
