Value was great for proximity to dining, shopping, and historic areas. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Older hotel in need of updates but clean. Only negative is very loud at night due to traffic and bars; insulation is recommended but I was told they are planning on tearing this down in the near future, which will probably make the rate not as affordable unfortunately

Staff was awesome. Property is definitely run down / the courtyard smelled like pee. $25 parking fee sucks but the area this hotel is in is AWESOME!!! walkable to everything. Right by the water. Downtown. Still 100% would stay here again due to the location alone. But don’t expect the ritz. It’s a beautiful historic district

The first room I was issued was full of hair and didn’t even have a shower curtain. The new room smelled like 10 gallons of febreeze was used. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom fixtures were ragged and worn and the property was dirty. Parking was easy and great, price was reasonable, and its location is close to everything but the quality is lacking.

The hotel could use updating the exterior. The room was clean and comfortable but the analog TV could be better, but this is downtown SAV so you should be out seeing things. Staff was friendly.

This hotel needs a facelift. It is rundown and not appealing at all. The room was ok but also needs to be updated. Bed was comfortable. The location is great; walkable to many restaurants and shops.

The staff was incredible, knowledgeable of the area, and so very friendly. Walking distance to everything (Forsyth Park is a hike, not gonna lie) but the autumnal weather made the stay all the more perfect. My birthday trip was a rousing success!

Great location

Bathroom needs serious upgrade - from the missing towel rack, chipped tub and just old looking paint and grout. Great location but the street noise is very disturbing. Plus the $25/day parking fee that isn’t listed as part of the rate. Other than that, it’s a cheap room to sleep in, if you can bring earplugs.

The room has a distinct musty odor which was very off-putting. Bed was comfortable, sheets soft and pillows good. Lighting was either too bright or too dim. Front desk woman, who worked the afternoon of arrival and was there the next morning, was friendly and efficient.
