The Space:
Step inside this triplex house, part of a beautifully restored historic triplex in one of Savannah’s oldest neighborhoods, dating back to the 1830s. Artistic touches and eclectic décor make this space truly unique, blending historic charm with modern comfort.
The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for relaxing, while the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for light cooking or microwaving. The bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed and a private deck where you can soak up the sun, a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Please note, there are stairs required to access the home.
Located just a short walk from the sprawling 22-acre Forsyth Park, Apt. B puts you in the heart of Savannah’s historic Victorian District. Wander charming streets lined with storybook cottages and grand 19th-century homes, discover local shops, restaurants, and nightlife, or explore the vibrant energy of the neighborhood.
Don’t miss the seasonal Forsyth Farmers’ Market on Saturday mornings for fresh, locally grown and handmade foods. For day trips, I-16 provides quick access to the Outlet Mall or Tybee Island Beach, with historic Fort Pulaski along the way.

The Victorian District is known for its historic charm and ongoing revitalization. You’ll find a mix of beautifully restored late-1800s homes, grand Italianate and Queen Anne–style mansions, and classic Savannah streetscapes. Walking to and around Forsyth Park is a highlight for many visitors.
