As soon as we walked in we were satisfied. The kitchen is stocked and ready, all you need are your groceries. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, along with some laundry pods. Dishwasher with pods. Everything we needed for our week stay.

The property needs maintenance. The walls need to be painted, the baseboards are filthy. The blind was stuck up and I couldn’t reach it to bring it back down. It is not up to SONDERS standards. The location is fabulous. However, parking is a nightmare. There is no place to unload your luggage. So be prepared to pack lightly and save yourself a headache of walking through the streets with luggage and backpacks.

The rooms are located in a downtown Savannah bldg on the 4th floor. There is NO HUMAN on staff or available for problems. One of my friends's room started filling with smoke and the alarm went off. He called the fire dept which showed up with 7 fire trucks. They weren't able to access the bldg without his code. This is very dangerous. The water was shut off to the building during our stay and the a/c didn't work. HORRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT STAY HERE
