Staff was amazing from the checkin to breakfast to the housekeeping and operational staff. Breakfast was good every morning. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was like a small apartment.

By far one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Every single staff member we encountered was so friendly, welcoming, always smiling, and so helpful. The pool was nice and very clean. Breakfast was great. The grits were amazing! Definitely will be booking here again in the future

Perfect stay.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was extremely warm and welcoming from the first step in until we left. The room was clean. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic as well. Fresh made food and great additional options for our children.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic! We have yet to meet a staff member that wasn't friendly, helpful, compassionate & able to make us smile daily!! They truly care about the guests & even take the time to get to know a little (or a lot - for the extended stays) bit about them. It's the 'small things' that have actually made a stressful time for my husband & I into a great time!! p.s. My husband said "don't forget the epic breakfast every morning"!! 10/10

My husband & I have been dealing with ongoing construction in our home. Towne Place has been SO accommodating & understanding with every (it's been too many) 'extending our stay' request. We have never felt like a burden but more like they empathize with our situation & truly care about making us comfortable!! My husband & I both visit the front desk from time to time for our 'extended key update' - they remember our name/faces/jobs & truthfully that makes this place a step above the rest!!! MOST IMPORTANTLY- when it says 'free continental breakfast' with your stay--- YES YES YES!! BEST BREAKFAST EVER!!! Eggs, sausage, grits, bagels, cereal, breads, yogurt, milk, juices, toppings & toppings & sauces. 10/10 in our book!!

GPS does not exactly get you to the correct spot making for a frustrating arrival. The parking lot is extremely hard to park in the spots are very narrow. At the end the work day larger company vehicles park and you can’t open your doors all the way to unloaded your items from your vehicle. We were unable to unload our small cooler because of the parking space issues . All staff are helpful and kind . I let them know they need to fix the carts you take the luggage in on . If this issue is not fixed it is something to take note of if you need them because of lifting restrictions or mobility issues.

Checked in. Sketchy people hanging around. Room 225 had roaches. Room 231 had mold around the vents, around the bathtub, couldnt use the bath for my babies because the plug wouldnt fit, fridge was dirty, pullout sofa was hard with the springs.

Overall we liked our stay. Breakfast at this hotel is ok - you do have choices (waffles, boiled eggs, sausages, egg whites, bagels, English muffins, toast bread 🍞, yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals.... etc). Dinner wise we recommend to explore the area. There are lots of great places to eat. The Olde Pink House is a must (historical place), the other places please read the reviews... Hotel review: Accommodations are good (this was something we looked for). Studio with queen bad and a sofa, also included basic kitchen needs (range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and of course plates, glass ware, forks, nives, etc). TV with Netflix and Prime access. AC unit (not too loud). Full bathroom. Watch for
