Summary:
Extraordinary condominium home completely renovated from the ground up resulting in an exquisite, well designed home with refined modern interiors and private courtyard. Located on Trustees' Garden between Savannah's Historic District and the newly built Eastern Wharf mixed use community. Tastefully appointed and thoughtfully designed for today's discerning traveler, features a main level bedroom suite with 2 additional bedroom suites upstairs.

The Space:
This luxury condominium home has three large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, 50" flat-screen smart TVs, and wireless internet. Spacious open concept luxury living room with king sofa sleeper, dining area, additional ½ bath, wet bar, and kitchen with all the modern amenities.

Finishes include Viking appliances, Carrera marble countertops, gas lanterns, coral stone and heart pine flooring, oversized showers with intricate tile work and glass enclosures, arched openings, a private outdoor courtyard, and a covered off-street parking space.

Stunning Property in Historic Savannah - Highly Recommend!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this beautiful property in historic Savannah. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to charming shops and fantastic restaurants. The property itself is stunning, with large, beautifully decorated bedrooms that made us feel right at home. The bathrooms are lovely and well-maintained, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The large, well-appointed kitchen with high-end appliances was a joy to use, making meal preparation a breeze. We also loved spending time on the patio, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. This property exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will absolutely return on our next visit to Savannah. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm!

Exceeded our expectations!

Historical charm with modern living! We spent so much time out on the patio, morning coffee and evening cocktails. There were 6 of us in our group and we each had our own bedroom with attached bath perfect for your own privacy. The location was perfect for us! We walked to most of our destinations. Took a day trip to Tybee Island which is just about a 1/2 hour drive. What a beautiful place to stay, in a perfect location!!

Great Location!

Location was absolutely perfect. We didn’t rent a car and where able to comfortably walk almost everywhere. Only suggestion is to have the kitchen a bit more stocked with utensils and maybe some basic spices. All in all though was a great house and was perfect for our party of 6.

Great Stay for Birthday Celebration

Everything in the house was perfect for 4 ladies celebrating a 70th birthday. Great location and property manager was very responsive. Beautiful modern Kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were very comfy and rooms spacious with ample storage. Would highly recommend for any group stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed the property last year and returned again. It is very nice and portrayed very accurately on VRBO. The hosts are readily available to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend.

Great Location, Beautiful Place

I have stayed here twice. The place is clean, updated and in a great location. We walked almost everywhere. The beds are super comfortable. Rob the property manager is easy to contact. There is also a covered off street parking space. I highly recommend this property.

Great location for multi generational family trip

Our family stayed here to celebrate my 60th birthday. The first floor has a master suite with walk-in shower and lots of room for my husband who uses a walker. The living and dining area is spacious for eating, playing board games and tv watching so everyone had space to work and play. The outdoor area is lovely and private. The beds were all comfortable. Kitchen amenities were sufficient. Property Manager was responsive when we asked about hurricane emergency and brought us flashlights in case of a power outage. Fortunately Savannah was unscathed by Hurricane Ian and we were able to have a wonderful family trip.

Great Home in the Historic District!

The property provided our group with a wonderful opportunity to enjoy our friends weekend in Savannah. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very large and the house itself is very up to date. I would love to stay here again.

Beautiful house, fully remodeled. The kitchen is beautiful but lacks in some basics like small plates, more water glasses and serving platters. Other than that the house is perfect and provides ample space for all.

Great property on the edge of the Savannah historic district. Short stroll to everything.

Responsive host, messaged back promptly after inquiries. Clean, spacious property with nice kitchen equipment and basic utensils. Nice little back and side yards to hang out. First floor bedroom could use more airflow, however - vents didn't seem to cool room enough even when turning thermostat really low.

Beautiful and spacious unit

We planned a girls’ trip to Savannah. Our vacation rental was very spacious and beautiful! Location was great. Our host Rob Santana was very attentive. We had contacted him a few times for a few different things and he got back to us right away. We will definitely be back.

Great house!

Great home-exactly like the pictures. Good location-easy to walk everywhere. Beds super comfortable! Really had a great time. Could use a few more utensils- we cooked every night- if your not using the kitchen no worries! Appliances were awesome if you are!

Great facility, needs a little refinement

Location and facility worked out great. Kitchen could use some better cookware and Tupperware. There were no directions for TV use, Thermostat use, when to put out trash, etc. Beds were comfortable, bathroom s were good. We travelled with two dogs, which is great that it is allowed. Yard doesn’t really have grass, but short walk to downtown got the job done. Parking is not convenient for assigned spot; pay parking out front. Overall very happy, just would have liked more info for using stuff and local info. Thanks for a great stay.

Savannah Holiday Getaway

I was very nervous to book a property as I am an interior designer and I furnish vacation homes in Orlando and have for the last 14 years. So I am very much aware that often what you see in the photos is not what you are going to get when you check in. But that was not the case. We were very happy with the property. Only had to contact mgmt once and they responded very quickly to answer our question. Loved the location and how we were able to walk to everything. Would highly recommend this property!

All the amenities.

Very clean, extremely comfortable and just a great place to hang after a long day. Location was excellent as you could walk to dinner and the River front. Property had all the amenities with upgraded appliances. Highly recommend.

Our stay was pretty much perfect and definitely how advertised. The location couldn't have been better, if you're okay with just a little walking you can easily reach the boardwalk (<5 min) or any spot downtown within 20 min. Would book again.

Best Week Ever

The property is located within a walking distance to downtown. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The Property Manager is very responsive to any questions you may have and about any issues that may arise. The property allows pets and accommodated all three of our small dogs. Excellent property!
