Staff were great and property and room presented very well and in a clean condition. However, we were unable to have a hot shower due to some fault that had still not been determined by the time we left the next day. Untimely and not the fault of staff or manager’s agreed but inconvenient to say the least. Thought we may have been offered perhaps a twenty rebate or something for the inconvenience????

Overall experience is okay considering the regional location. The location is fantastic. Few things need attention - TV remote and smart TV functionality doesn’t work, only can watch boring old channel 7 & 9, cobwebs in the room and bathroom, a microwave could be very helpful.

Lovely refurbished King bedroom on the second level. Not good soundproofing or security. It would have been better with a dead lock. Dinner at bistro was nice with pleasant staff and reasonable prices. Rivermouth Cafe across the road was brilliant for coffee and breakfast! Unreal location!

Highly recommended.

This was a one night quick stopover so we just wanted a nice clean room with a view and somewhere to get a good meal. The resort exceeded in all areas. It is an older style building but well maintained. There was no lift to the first floor, which wasn't a worry to us. The room and bedlinen were great, the bathrooms have been recently retiled with updated toilet and fittings etc, so very comfortable. We had dinner in the resort restaurant and the selection and quality of food was very good. We didn't use the pool but it was very clean and inviting. The manager and staff were very friendly. Good value and highly recommended in this price bracket.

Very beautiful service from staff. Restaurant service. . Wow. Cant fault the staff. My awkward request, main menu modified to entree'. Beautiful scallops and prawn fettuccine. Oh my. So nice, light pasta and sauce. Just melts in the mouth. Strongly recommend the place any day.
