Very comfortable stay. Reception was friendly, but failed to show me where the complementary tea / kettle was - so for a while I thought it was just water until I found out where they were hidden (look in the cupboard!). Everything else was excellent, although it's a shame breakfast wasn't included and at £15 extra that's a bit pricey for a breakfast.

Dear Nicholas Thank you for your feedback from your stay with us, sorry you couldn't find your tea and coffee tray at first!, we do think it was clear as there is a sign on the cupboard door and does state in the guest book, with regards breakfast our breakfast price is £10 and includes tea coffee cereal juices a choice of cooked breakfast and toast, we hope these didn't spoil your stay and hope to welcome you again Kind Regards Mr S Hull Owner
