Urlaub wurde abgebrochen

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft abgebrochen. Wir hatten nach einer Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern gesucht und diese wurde uns angezeigt. Allerdings gibt es keine 2 Schlafzimmer. Es gibt 1 großes Schlafzimmer und einen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa. D.h. passt die Beschreibung nicht zur Realität. Außerdem funktionierte die Heizung nicht und wir hatten niederige Außerntemperaturen (morgens ca. 5 Grad Celsius). Wir haben es gemeldet und 1,5 Tage gewartet, dass das behoben wird. Nachdem sich bis dahin niemand gemeldet hat, sind wir vorzeitig abgereist. Natürlich haben wir auch keine Kostenerstattung bekommen.
