Discover the charm of the Sauerland from this picturesque holiday home, located in the idyllic village of Westfeld. Strategically positioned between Winterberg and Schmallenberg, this house invites you to relax. Overlooking the gently flowing river Lenne and with direct access to hundreds of kilometres of hiking trails and the nearby ski slopes on the Kahler Asten, this is the perfect base for lovers of peace and nature as well as sporting activities such as hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing and mountain biking.

In autumn 2025, part of the house will be renovated. The exterior facade will be completely painted, the bathrooms, toilets and utility room will be modernised. From December, it will again be fully available for rental in a beautiful new look.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. There is a storage room for e.g. bikes, ski equipment etc. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room. There is parking space for 3 cars.

The house is fully equipped: on the ground floor a cosy living room, SmartTV, , WIFI, dining room and modern fitted kitchen including an oven and microwave. Upstairs is a relaxation room with kitchenette and adjacent to a large roof terrace (approx. 20 m2) with beautiful views over Westfeld. Cosy moments can be spent here with friends and family. The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.
