An sich ein schönes Haus. Man müsste nur etwas investieren um einiges zu reparieren und neue möbel anzuschaffen. Leider gab es bei uns eine überbuchung einer Wohnung, deswegen hatten wir etwas Probleme da uns ein Schlafzimmer fehlte.

Ankunft, Schlüssel abgerufen, wo wir 4 Schlüssel erhalten haben. Das entsprach unseren Bedürfnissen und wir haben nicht weiter gefragt. Beim Betreten des Hauses stellte sich heraus, dass der Schlüssel für die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss nicht die 4 Schlüssel waren. Daher nutzten wir die Wohnungen am 1. und 2. Platz. Am selben Abend erhalte ich eine E-Mail, die mich telefonisch nicht erreichen konnte. Sie hatten inzwischen entdeckt, dass der 5. Schlüssel hätte übergeben werden müssen, da wir das gesamte Haus gemietet hatten. Anstatt ihn zu bringen (es war ihre Schuld), durften wir ungefähr 45 km fahren, um ihn zu bekommen. Ich antwortete nett, dass wir nicht mit der Bitte gekommen waren, die unnötigen Reinigungskosten (1/5 der Gesamtsumme) zusammen mit der Kaution zu überweisen. Dies erscheint mir immer noch nicht normal. Einige Bemerkungen zur Ausstattung / Ausstattung des Hauses. Hunau 2 Lampe im Zimmer funktioniert nicht keine Heizung im Schlafzimmer 2 Tür Bad zieht über den Boden und macht so viel Lärm, dass jeder im Haus Klammern im Kühlschrank fehlt, so dass Sie keine Flaschen in die Tür stellen können. 1 Lampe im Zimmer funktioniert nicht und die Papierabdeckung ist defekt (auch in anderen Räumen) 2. Stockwerkstop im Bad fehlt kein passender Stecker in der Küchenstandlampe funktioniert nicht und defekter Duschkopf nicht befestigt Türschlafzimmer obere Scharnier defekt.
