The apartment has 2 - 3 bedrooms, 1 living room with additional sleeping facilities, 1 bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub (hair dryer), large hallway, kitchen with dining area for 5-6 people. All rooms are designed with laminate flooring. So also very suitable for your pet. Here you have gr. Flat screen TV with DVB-T antenna, modern and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a washer dryer.

Lovely Stay Outside of Frankfurt

My family of four plus small dog visited for some rest and relaxation during their Autumn break from school. We were there several nights and were very happy and comfortable with our stay. It was well put together, easy to get in and out of, and quiet. Thank you so much to the hosts for the use of their peaceful getaway home.

Very comfortable property in lovely neighborhood.

Very clean property in a very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful balcony overlooking the forest and the ponies. Had a very comfortable stay. Only issue was the flies. We couldn't leave the balcony door or windows open without having a lot of flies coming in.

Always comfortable house!

It's clean and spacious for family holiday. I can't say anything rather than staying here every year since 2016! Susanne welcomes very friendly and supportive if anything is needed immediately. Recommended for all!

Schmitten was a good respite between travel excursions!

This Schmitten property was our home for a month between travel plans. It was a bit removed, but just what we needed in our respite from traveling abroad ( Amsterdam, Switzerland, Belgium, France.) It had all the comforts of home, fridge, stove washer-dryer and a REWE and Rossman's within walking distance. Long 3 flights up for carrying luggage. Delightful Susanne also has a restaurant nearby which is highly recommended!

Wonderful apartment in the Tanaus!

So glad to have found this place on the outskirts of Frankfurt. Schmitten is a charming town, and location of the apartment is convienent to a Rewe market, and has easy access to Frankfurt. Very comfortable accommodations, looking forward to returning in the spring!

Beautiful location, well appointed home, walking distance to groceries and wooded hikes - wonderful!

My husband, twin three year-olds and I spent two days enjoying the beauty of Schmitten from this wonderful home. It is spacious and has everything you could possibly need. We came during asparagus season - what luck!! I am still thinking of those delicious spargels. We loved our visit here and hope to come back soon. Suzanne and Sigi were extremely accommodating and helped us with an early check in after a red eye flight. Truly a wonderful experience.

Wish we could have stayed longer

A great apartment. We stayed here only one night before our flight out of Frankfurt, so didn't have much time to enjoy this large, clean, well-equipped apartment. It was quiet and bright. The drive to the airport is about 40 min, and one should allow a bit more time for traffic just in case.

Lovely well furnished, well stocked apartment.

My only problem was the number of stairs we had to use, but I limited the number of times going up and down, so it was fine. Mrs. Seitz's mother was the lady who greeted us; and she was very friendly and helpful. She suggested some interesting places for us to visit making our trip very enjoyable. On top of all this, we had perfect weather, so overall, we had a great trip.

Wonderful home for a relaxing visit!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is clean and beautiful with a great location. We loved being right by the forest for walks with our dog and exploring with our kids. The town is a few minute walk away for the grocery store and bakery. The apartment is also located close enough to Frankfurt and we enjoyed day trips in the area. Gorgeous area in the Taunus mountains. We would definitely stay again. The hosts were also very helpful and welcoming. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Gut für kleine Gruppen

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Betten waren gemütlich, Ausstattung von Küche und Badezimmer waren wunderbar. Einziges Problem war, dass ziemlich viele Fliegen überall rumschwirrten. Abgesehen davon, war die Ferienwohnung super. Würde ich beim nächsten mal wieder Buchen.
