The Space:

As hosts with many years of experience, we would like to welcome you to our newest vacation apartment. With its charming maisonette flair with a wooden look and the renovated, modern furnishings, it offers a unique character to make you feel at home.



We are happy to provide our guests with a private movie theater, board games and a shared sauna with a free indoor pool. So even in bad weather there is plenty of entertainment/relaxation.

The smart projector in the cinema is easy to use, requires no set-up and gives you access to Netflix, Prime, Disney+, DAZN and other streaming services. It does not offer “normal” TV.



The two 180x200cm box-spring beds are also real highlights. They were handmade in an experienced German manufactory and we promise guaranteed restful sleep!



The kitchen will make you feel right at home as you have everything you need for cooking evenings or lavish breakfasts at sunrise on the quiet balcony. A Raclette set and a large gas barbecue including cutlery etc. is also provided for barbecuing.



The small, newly renovated bathroom with shower cubicle rounds off a comfortable vacation experience.



In addition to great views of the Black Forest, the location provides direct access to beautiful hikes, ski slopes, cross-country ski trails, motorcycle routes and cycling routes for all sporting levels.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment — including the private cinema, raclette set, balcony, and grill — is exclusively yours!



The wellness area is shared only with the other residents of the building (though it’s rarely in use):

– Free indoor pool

– Sauna (€1 per 20 minutes)



The washing machine and dryer are also shared (each €1 per hour). Of course, the underground parking garage offers several parking spaces.



Please note: These small fees go directly to the building’s management and caretaker.



The Neighborhood:

An absolutely quiet and friendly neighborhood that is used to meeting holiday guests.

There aren’t many neighbors either, as the apartment building is located right on the outskirts of town near the forest.



Getting Around:

→ Small supermarkets within walking distance (or larger ones in a 10-minute drive)

→ Several restaurants reachable on foot or by car

→ Hiking trails, ski slopes, cross-country tracks and cycling routes start directly from the accommodation

→ Triberg is easily accessible by car or bus



The apartment is located in a multi-unit building that was specifically built for holiday rentals. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful.

You can park in the underground garage in the spot labeled “Bürkler” or on the following streets:

• Wanderparkplatz “Friedhof”

• Recommended: Schwarzwaldstraße, opposite the underground garage



Other Things to Note:

Please let us know if you need the sofa bed. We will arrange everything for you.

We also look forward to hearing from you regarding baby cots/high chairs and pets so that we can provide everything you need for your stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available by phone, text message or app at any time before and during your stay.

Someone will be on site in case of emergencies so that you can enjoy your vacation without any worries. That is our greatest concern!
