From the upper floor you have access to a terrace with spectacular sea views.



Outside, a large terrace of about 150 m² surrounds the house, equipped with tables, chairs, sofas and an outdoor kitchen/grill area. The pool is bordered by English lawn and surrounded by high hedges for extra privacy. On the lawn there is an area for children with outdoor games (slide, rocking chair and a small house). The location between Marina di Ragusa (2,5 km) and Donnalucata (900 m) and about 950 m from a clear and crystal sea and the very beautiful golden beach makes this house perfect for a vacation by the sea. Marina di Ragusa is known for tranquility, cleanliness and quality of life, huge sandy beaches, crystal clear sea and the characteristic alleys. In addition, the city offers many clubs, restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlors. Another highlight is the majestic marina. The new Comiso airport is only 15 km away.



The house offers an ideal starting point to visit the Ibleo Baroque. Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli and Comiso are within a 20 km radius. Catania, Syracuse and Noto can be reached within 100 km.
