Staff were super sweet both checking in and out. Quite cleanly, there were a few things I’d prefer were a bit more detailed as far as cleaning but overall enjoyed my stay.

Disappointed in room cleanliness. The bar that is advertised was not open. No housekeeping unless you specifically ask for it. When we asked about cleaning and the bar/restaurant, we were told they were understaffed. The breakfast that was put out was ok, but there is a sign to not use microwave and toaster at the same time. The property definitely needs upgrades, better management, and clearly more staff.

There were mold stains on our curtains and when we checked in online at 11am it said great news your room is ready! So we headed to our destination early but when we got there they said we couldn’t check in until 3pm

Thank goodness this is only one night and convenient to where we needed to go otherwise will never stay here again. The appearance of the hotel is poor dirt and trash outside, paint peeling off walls, very run down. The staff are pleasant but look exhausted. I checked beds for bed bugs multiple times very very disappointing Never again will I stay here

Room was clean and staff friendly. Location was what we needed. Hotel met all our needs- just can’t say it was exceptional. There was also an event at the hotel and the guests were very loud in the hallways late at night, but I’m not blaming the hotel for that.

Comfortable bed but the hotel had an event at the bar and the crowd after it was over was super loud and rowdy- in the hallway and surrounding rooms until 5am ugh.. no sleep.

No hot water & poor cleaning.

No hot water for shower. I opened the hot taps on the sink and tub and it was barely warm after more than 10 minutes. This was 7/8am. Sabrina at the front desk told me that it was normal to have to leave the water running on full for more than 15-20 minutes to get hit water in this building and that that was completely reasonable. Extremely wasteful and also inconvenient. I didn't have this problem when I stayed there when it was Sheraton. I also found lingerie tags on my floor from a previous occupant. No telling how poorly the rest of the room was cleaned. Sabrina didn't feel that was necessary to bring up to her manager for some reason. Overall room itself was average.

This was a horrible experience! As soon as we checked in the FD yelled at the crowd in the lobby to share the info on breakfast. As soon as we got to our room it still was not cleaned half the bedding was off the bed trash everywhere stuff all over the bathroom! We got our room switched to than me getting stuck in the bathroom because the doorway was not even with the door! My husband and I were there for a concert and ended up leaving after concert was over.
