Love this place for the way they’ve preserved the history of the building and for the friendly staff, cleanliness and comfort of the room and building overall. The food and excellent service at Trax is a bonus.This was my second stay here and I will definitely stay again next time I’m in Scranton.

The property is a former train station and is phenomenal… a step back in time… we had drinks in the bar, which had been the outdoor platform where riders boarded the train back in the day… it has been closed in and is awesome…then breakfast in the beautiful lobby … staff members were friendly and helpful… highly recommend…

What a gem in the heart of Scranton! We are world travelers and this hotel met our criteria for an excellent stay. Clean, beautiful, kind staff, good restaurant, and spacious and comfortable rooms/furniture. We would absolutely stay again and recommend anyone else to do the same.

Place was beautiful, it was also mentioned in the office so it was a must stay for me either way. But I was very happy with the place overall and staff were very accommodating of me and my pets. It’s rare to stay in a pet friendly place that is still decent and this was nice! Coming back to town just to stay here again.

Love how they converted the old train station into a hotel. Didn’t like that the room felt overly used and worn. The wood work was chipped and worm. Even the throw blanket look stained.
