Our hotel stay was surprisingly excellent in all manners. The hotel passed my cleanlinsss test -- walking around my room barefoot, and my feet were still clean. Staff was so kind & helpful while I was traveling with a 2 year old. The gentleman who serves breakfast went out of his way to make her feel welcome. The beds are very comfortable. My traveling companion wanted to take one home. LOL THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

We appreciate that the Sleep Inn was available and was able to provide us a night to stay. It is clear, like many hotels now, that there are staff shortages. This means that our room was not cleaned completely and there were broken parts of the room. While we were a ground floor room, the latch on oour window was broken and could not be fully locked. This is an affordable place to stay in Dunmore if you need a break from driving.

Repairs are needed. The is paint chipping off the door frame.
It is tough to find staff to clean rooms. Some trash was left under the desk.

The parking lot was dirty and litter every where. I had to look for a safe area to walk my dogs. Should not charge for pets without a safe area to walk them. Trash was overflowing at the entrance when we arrived and was still there when we left.

The room smelled of musty mould. Baseboards were covered in mould. Walls were chipped of paint. The air conditioning unit had cobwebs and large spiders crawling around it. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, build up/dirt in the shower.

The staff was over the top helpful and awesome. We did not like thst the pool was dirty. It was almost like thr paint was peeling off into the water and the filter was not working so there was dirt on the pool floor. The hot tub was also out of order. One of the workers also told another one to make sure he gets paint on the walls and roof also because he was getting drips on the floor.
