More information by the provider: Very quiet and sunny situated, straight next to the valley station of the mountain cableway Motta Naluns (only 80m/2 minutes to go) and the railway and bus station. Perfect to go a skiing, hiking or with the bikes. The house have 1 apartment of 2,5 rooms and 1 Studio (1 room-flat). Whenever possible we offer the transfer to the station. The 2,5-room-flat is at the south side of the house (non-smoker, no dogs, 4-stars) with a wonderful view, a big garden terrace with lounge chairs and grill. The studio-flat (non-smoker, no dogs) is on the westside and have also a garden-terrace with barbeque and longchairs. Bus stop "Scuol-Tarasp, staziun" 0.1 km, railway station "Scuol-Tarasp" 0.2 km, underground station "Serfaus Seilbahn" 36.1 km, ferry 19.0 km.

The little kitchen is furnished with a stove, oven, fume hood, fridge, coffee machine, water heater, toaster and many more. Oil/vinegar, spices, household paper, sponges, pads for the coffee machine, teas are present for the basic needs. Also it's in the flat a small drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board and cleaning utensils. The garden terrace is furnished very comfortable with a big table and chairs, lounge chairs, a grill, sun blinds. The studio-apartment is at the ground floor west/north side of the house. The entrance is the same of the owners.
