We hope you come to stay and enjoy this family friendly beach home with ocean views that is just steps away from the beach entrance. Conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, night life, grocery store, CVS pharmacy, bike rentals and shopping. Our 3 story home features 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms with an outdoor shower, and wireless internet.

Enter into the first floor which includes 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, washer and dryer. One bedroom features a twin and double beds with the second bedroom a queen and double beds. Take the stairs to the 2nd floor main living space where you will find the living room with a queen sleeper sofa, 55" smart TV and a great deck where you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee or after beach happy hour cocktail. You will also find the kitchen and dining area with a half bath and deck off the back of the house with an outdoor grill. Kitchen includes gas range, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. Home also has all the cooking and dining utensils you will need for your stay. As you walk to the third floor you can't help but notice the amazing natural light from the skylight. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and another full bathroom. The front bedroom has a private deck with stunning ocean views.

Outside you will find an outdoor shower, storage shed, and patio with relaxing furniture. There is a hose to wash off those sandy feet after a relaxing beach day.

*** Please note that in the peak summer season (Mid June-August ) we require a 5 night minimum. Families and mature adult renters. Renters must be over 25.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure to take your trash out and put trash out for collection in accordance with schedule. The SIC dump is open Monday - Sunday 7:15 am-2:45 pm please consider taking trash at checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
